Arryati Ramadhani

Arryati Ramadhani is a Principal Consultant at ERM: Environmental Resources Management since July 2019, with extensive experience in environmental management acquired over more than two decades. Prior to ERM, Arryati held the position of Coordinator for Environmental Studies and Sustainable Development at ConocoPhillips, contributing to significant projects including HSE and Social due diligence, environmental permit applications, and site assessments. Arryati's earlier roles include Senior Environmental Specialist at ConocoPhillips Indonesia and EHS Specialist at Hess Corporation, focusing on environmental impact assessments and regulatory compliance. Arryati began the career as an Environmental Engineer at Dames & Moore/URS Indonesia, gaining initial exposure to environmental assessments and management plans. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental Change and Management from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Trisakti University.
