Dana McDonald

Dana McDonald is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in project accounting and financial management. Currently serving as a Senior Client Financial Analyst for Digital Services at ERM since August 2025, Dana previously held positions at Salas O'Brien as a Federal Project Controls & Accounting Supervisor and at ERM in various roles, including Senior Project Accountant and Value Pricing Analyst. With a strong foundation in collections and accounts receivable management from earlier roles at KPMG US and ERM, alongside experience in loss prevention training at Ford Motor Company, Dana has a proven track record in project management, financial analysis, and mentoring new hires. Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida.
