Ian Atkins

Ian Atkins is an accomplished senior HR leader with extensive experience in various global roles. Currently serving as Senior People Director at ERM, Ian oversees HR functions across 16 countries, focusing on the integration of SaaS startups. Prior to this, Ian held the position of VP HRBP for Technology & Transformation at Technicolor Group, managing HR for global technology teams and transformation initiatives. Ian also served as VP HR EMEA at Warner Bros. Discovery, where responsibilities included developing the people strategy for a large regional workforce. Earlier roles include HR Director at NBCUniversal Media, Director of Talent & Learning at Fujitsu, and a range of HR positions at Bracknell Forest Council and Shell. Ian holds a BA Honours in English and American Literature from the University of Warwick and an MA in Personnel & Development from the University of Westminster.
