Seiichi Sasaki

Seiichi Sasaki is a Senior Consultant at ERM: Environmental Resources Management since July 2021, specializing in ESG, environmental due diligence across various sectors including renewable energies and human rights. Previously, as a Senior Advisor at Myanmar Koei International, Seiichi provided technical guidance on Environmental Impact Assessments and business development. Experience includes roles with the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the World Bank as a Third Party Design Review International Hydrologist and International Safeguard Advisor, respectively, focusing on river basin management and safeguard implementation. Seiichi has also contributed as an International Water Management Specialist for FAO, a Technical Advisor for MyanSEED, and a Water Resources Expert for UNDP, among other consulting roles with organizations such as UNESCO and Alefcon LLC. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Resource Development: Environmental Studies from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Science from Tokyo University of Agriculture.
