Andy Kaansi

Andy Kaansi is an accounting and finance student at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business, expected to graduate in May 2027. Currently serving as an Accounting Assistant at Ernest Maier, Inc. since June 2021, Andy has conducted audits of customer accounts and contributed to digitizing the ordering process. Previous experience includes positions as a Counter Salesman and Business Development Intern, where Andy advised on business development projects and assisted contractors and homeowners. As a Student Consultant for Student Consulting for Non-Profit Organizations, Andy worked on improving volunteer retention for a local non-profit and redesigned a break room. Additionally, Andy has experience as a Travel Team Analyst for Notre Dame Venture Capital, pitching investment theses, and has held leadership roles in the MD-802 Air Force Junior ROTC Unit and Bladensburg High School SGA, where over $20,000 was raised for the class of 2023.
