Kevin Mildner

Kevin’s experience spans all the key areas of business. In addition to a strong sales background, he’s held roles in operations and management. He’s even owned his own company, which gives him unique insights into what our clients need and how we can help them better their business. As a leader, Kevin acts as coach, mentor, and motivator. To help his people achieve their goals, he likes to paint a picture of where they can take their career and how they can get there—and then he helps them do it. Kevin prides himself on building lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and partners based on honesty and authenticity. In fact, it’s our relationship-based culture that drew him to Ernest to begin with.
