Olex Kal'tsev is a seasoned financial professional with significant leadership experience in various industries. Currently serving as CFO and Co-Founder of Ernest, Olex is involved in developing an AI-powered construction platform aimed at enhancing efficiency in the construction ecosystem. Previously, as Chief Business Officer of Elemy, Olex contributed to improving access to in-home and school-based care for children facing chronic and behavioral challenges. Olex held roles as Vice President of Financial Operations at Life House, and Director of Financial Analysis at Credit Suisse, where extensive transactional experience included Mergers & Acquisitions. Olex also contributed to Wing as an investor, facilitating a digital-first wireless alternative. Earlier career highlights include leadership roles at Bloomberg LP, where Olex managed significant business operations and analytics teams across the Asia-Pacific region. Olex holds an M.B.A. in Finance, Banking, and Entrepreneurship from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Economics from The Johns Hopkins University.
