Hisao Kushi

Hisao Kushi is a seasoned legal professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the technology and entertainment sectors. Currently, Kushi serves as Co-Founder and Chief Legal Officer of Ernesta Inc. since October 2022, following a notable tenure as Co-Founder and Chief Legal Officer at Peloton Interactive from 2012 to 2022. Kushi's career also includes roles as Chief Operating Officer at Evite and General Counsel for various companies under Liberty Media. Previous positions encompass Vice President and General Counsel at IAC/InterActiveCorp, where Kushi managed legal affairs for multiple divisions, and Assistant General Counsel at Ticketmaster. Kushi began as a litigation associate before transitioning to a successful career as a feature screenwriter.
