Gwyneth Jonnes

Gwyneth Jonnes is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning customer service, retail management, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Key Account & Customer Service Manager at ERNO LASZLO since October 2017, Gwyneth oversees Independent Brick & Mortar retail accounts and previously managed a direct-to-consumer customer service team. With prior experience as a co-owner of Macaroni Vintage, an eCommerce vintage clothing business, and as a freelance event organizer in NYC, Gwyneth showcases strong organizational and strategic skills. Earlier roles include office management positions at Save On Scents and Spirit Beauty Lounge, along with administrative duties at Arthur Murray Dance Center and United Bank. Gwyneth holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Actor Training from the University of Hartford.
