Madalena Resca

Madalena Resca has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Madalena began their career as a Seasonal Cashier at Sephora and then worked as a General Manager at American Apparel, where they successfully improved same-store sales. Madalena then interned at L'Oréal, where they analyzed trends and created a retail success guide. Madalena also gained experience at NARS Cosmetics as an Intern in Color Marketing, where they conducted competitive analyses and ensured product consistency. Madalena later joined SoGeCos Americas as a Marketing Assistant, assisting in event planning and social marketing. Currently, Madalena works at ERNO LASZLO as a Senior New Product Development Manager and is responsible for developing new skincare products for global markets.
