Sumi Jha has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. sumi started their career as an SR.CCO at CONVERGYS in 2011 and later joined Fis as a TEAM MEMBER, where they worked for almost 8 years. In 2019, they joined Nexxo as Lead- reconciliation n settlement RISK and Fraud and remained there until January 2021. Following that, they joined Eroute Technologies Private Limited as an Operations Manager for a period of 8 months. Currently, Sumi Jha is working as an Assistant Manager at Chargeback Gurus, an Inc. 5000 company, starting from September 2021.

Sumi Jha obtained their Associate's degree from St. Mary's Convent School between 1991 and 2003. In addition, they received the certification for "Management Excellence at Microsoft: Model, Coach, Care" from LinkedIn in June 2022.
