Maintenance Readiness Director For III Armored Corps at ERP International

Travis Lloyd has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Travis started their career in 2008 as a Medical Distribution Center Manager at the 2d Stryker Cavalry Regiment, where they were responsible for ordering, receiving, warehousing, and distributing medical supplies and equipment. Travis also managed logistics, maintenance, supply, behavioral health, and environmental health operations.

In 2011, Travis joined the 36th Engineer Brigade as a Medical Operations and Logistics Officer, overseeing business functions related to healthcare clinics and medical teams. Travis reduced medical supply and maintenance expenditures by improving forecasting and implementing industry best practices.

From 2013 to 2014, Travis served in the 1st MED Brigade, first as a Medical Logistics Operations Officer and later as the CEO of the 583rd Medical Logistics Company. In these roles, they counseled on medical logistics operations, established supply chains, and managed medical maintenance services.

Travis then joined the 4-393rd Medical Training Battalion, U.S. Army, as the Chief of Maintenance, Logistics, IT, and Logistics Training. Travis implemented lean policies, improved supply distribution, and led a team responsible for logistics, maintenance, distribution, communications, and warehouse operations.

From 2017 to 2022, Travis worked at MLL Consulting as the Director of Real Property Maintenance, where they oversaw the logistical and operational aspects of three rental properties. Travis successfully reduced O&M expenditures while maintaining high levels of customer support.

Most recently, Travis joined ERP International in 2022 as the Director of III Corps Medical Maintenance Operations. In this role, they provided strategic planning and guidance on medical maintenance assets and personnel. Travis also developed a process to produce compliance reports for testing and diagnostic equipment.

In 2023, Travis will start working at EY as a Senior Inventory Specialist, advising and assisting the Army National Guard in Real Property Management operations.

In 2021, Travis acquired an Advanced Certificate in Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing from Texas A&M University.
