Vladan M. has extensive experience in credit risk management and restructuring within the banking sector. Currently serving as the Head of Credit Risk Management Division at Erste Banka Srbija since February 2015, Vladan previously held the position of Head of Workout & Restructuring at Erste Bank Serbia from July 2010 to February 2015. Prior experience includes serving as Head of RPF at Volksbank Serbia from 2005 to 2009 and as an Economist - Project Manager at Midland Resources Holding Ltd from 2003 to 2005. Vladan holds a Master's degree in Banking, Finance, Insurance from Ekonomski Fakultet, Univerzitet u Beogradu, and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Fakultet Organizacionih Nauka, Univerzitet u Beogradu, along with a Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance and Insurance from the University of Belgrade.
