Marko Korbar

Marko Korbar is an accomplished senior project manager at Erste Group since September 2015, specializing in CRM projects for the Corporate and Markets Division. Previous experience includes co-founding Poslovna prilika, where expertise in business and tax consulting, project management, and business development was honed. Marko served as a senior project manager at HT Hrvatski telekom, leading interdisciplinary projects in telecommunications and ICT. As COO of FIMA Alfa d.o.o., Marko contributed to financial sector operations, while as CEO of Perform, oversight of ICT logistics and banking solutions was provided. Prior roles include senior project manager at Siemens, owner of Korbar Savjetovanje offering freelance consulting, and IT manager at Raiffesen Mandatory Pension Fund. Marko holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Zagreb.
