Constanze Pauly

Constanze Pauly has a diverse work experience. Constanze started as a Videoproducer and Editor at RTL Interactive GmbH in 2007 and worked there until 2011. Constanze then joined Cine Plus as a Project Manager from 2011 to 2012, followed by a role as a Project Manager for International Universities at IBA knowledge networks in 2012. In 2013, they became the Commercial Director at Studienkreis GmbH until 2018. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as a Property & Construction Consultant at Michael Page. Currently, they work as an HR Manager and Talent Development at Erste Hausverwaltung.

Constanze Pauly attended UNSW from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Psychology. In addition, they also completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Film-/Kino-/Video-Studien during the same period.
