Alen Supančić

Alen Supančić has a diverse work experience. Alen started their career in 2002 as a Marketing department referent at Pevec. In the same year, they joined Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d. (Erste Bank Croatia) as a Software developer and later transitioned to a Software designer and developer. Throughout their career at Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d., they held various roles in application development and management, including Head of application development departments for sales business, loan and deposit business, and IT Technical Design. Their most recent role was as the Head of IT Software Development Department, overseeing loans, deposits, and risk solutions.

Alen Supančić received a Master's Degree in Information Systems from the Faculty of Organization and Informatics, University of Zagreb, from 1996 to 2002.
