Natalija Octenjak

Natalija Octenjak has a range of experience in various roles and industries. Natalija currently serves as the Head of Data Governance at Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d. (Erste Bank Croatia), a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to this, they were the Head of Small Entrepreneurship Business Support Group at the same company from June 2017 to July 2022. Natalija also worked as the Sales Director at Adriatic Zagreb Factoring from January 2016 to April 2017. Natalija has experience in the public sector as well, serving as the Head of Sector for human resources, security activities, and procurement at THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE from 2014 to 2015, and as an Advisor to the Minister at THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE from 2013 to 2014. Earlier in their career, Natalija held the positions of Chairman of the Board (CEO) at Kutjevo Inc. from 2002 to 2013, where they managed various processes and supervised a workforce of over 700 employees. Natalija also worked as the Head of Marketing at METALIJA-TRANS Ltd. in 2001.

Natalija Octenjak has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the Faculty of Economics in Osijek, Croatia, which they obtained from 1993 to 2000. Natalija also pursued postgraduate study in "Marketing" at the Faculty of Economics in Osijek from 2004 to 2008. In addition, they received pedagogical and psychological training from the Faculty of Pedagogy in Osijek in 2004. Natalija also completed a course on becoming an Accountant for SMEs at the Open University Osijek, which they finished in 2001. Before their higher education, they attended the Classical Gymnasium in Donji Miholjac, Croatia from 1989 to 1993.
