Paul Mync

Paul Mync has over 19 years of experience in the energy industry. Paul began their career in 2002 as a PV/Solar Thermal Technician at Light Energy Systems. Paul then moved on to SMA America in 2004, where they worked as a Product Specialist in Technical Services. In 2007, they joined SunPower Corporation as a Training Manager O&M and PV System Technician, and also worked as an Instructor at Solar Energy International (SEI). In 2009, they took on the role of Technical Sales at AEE Solar. From 2011 to 2014, they were the Technical Sales Manager at KACO new energy. Paul then worked as Senior Applications Engineer in the Western Region at Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd. from 2014 to 2016. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Manager of Applied Technology at Greensmith Energy Management Systems. Paul is currently the Director of Sales Engineering at Erthos, Inc.

Paul Mync completed a BA in Cultural Anthropology / Environmental Science / Religious Studies from the University of Oregon in 2000. In 2002, they completed a Renewable Energy Education Program from Solar Energy International.
