Thomas Witt

Thomas Witt has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Thomas started their career in 2003, serving in the United States Army for 13 years. During this time, they gained valuable experience as a Project and Operations Manager, leading teams and conducting domestic and global operations. Thomas then transitioned to the private sector, working as a Project Manager at FIXXUS Industrial, Inc. from 2018 to 2019. In this role, they managed and executed various projects, communicated with stakeholders, and provided operational management to a team of technicians. In 2020, Thomas joined PANHANDLE POWER SOLUTIONS, LLC as a Project Manager, where they played a crucial role in planning and scheduling projects to restore power to US Air Force bases in Florida after Hurricane Matthew. Thomas also worked at FTC Solar, Inc from 2020 to 2023, initially as a Regional Construction Manager, overseeing multiple projects across 13 states, and later as the Global Sales and Technical Product Manager. In this role, they aligned with the Executive Leadership Team to achieve goals, provided technical sales support, and strategized and executed marketing initiatives. Currently, Thomas is the Director of Field Operations and Partner Management at Erthos, a position they have held since 2023.

Thomas Witt's education history includes:

- From 2016 to 2018, they attended Boise State University and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Multi Disciplinary Studies with a focus on Management and Leadership.

- During the same period at Boise State University, they also earned a Certificate in Organizational Leadership.
