Rupesh Devising Girase

Rupesh Devising Girase has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rupesh Devising started their career as a Quality Engineer at BCL Forging in 2003 and then moved on to work as a Process Engineer at SHREEJI NARDANA WIRES PRIVATE LIMITED from 2004 to 2006. Rupesh Devising joined Bekaert in 2006 and served as a Process Engineer, where they developed process concepts for production optimization and executed cost-saving techniques. Rupesh Devising later became a Production Manager at Bekaert, overseeing a workforce of 385 team members and optimizing production targets.

In 2015, Rupesh became an Operations Manager at Shree Sant Gajanan Polyplast, where they handled government compliances, prepared operation schedules, and allocated budgets. Rupesh Devising then joined Welmade Locking System Pvt Ltd in 2016 as a Senior Manager Production. In this role, they managed sales teams, coordinated SAP implementation projects, and conducted unit testing for new plants. Rupesh Devising also handled supplier selection, negotiations, and outsourcing for internal manufactured parts as part of the supply chain management.

Rupesh continued working at Welmade Locking Systems Pvt Ltd in 2020 as a Project Program Leader. Rupesh Devising led new product development projects, managed vendors, reduced costs, and improved processes. Currently, they are the Head of Operations at Eruvaka Technologies, starting in September 2021.

Rupesh Devidas Girase obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Industrial Production Technologies/Technicians from North Maharashtra University, completing their studies from 1998 to 2003. Later, from 2007 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Additionally, from 2011 to 2013, they completed a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Industrial Production Technologies/Technicians at Karnataka State Open University.

Apart from their formal education, Rupesh Girase has obtained various certifications.
