Edayat Shahrani

Edayat Shahrani is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in consulting and academia. As the Founder and President of ES Consulting Inc. since March 2007, Edayat has demonstrated leadership and expertise in financial matters. In addition to entrepreneurial endeavors, Edayat has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Tampa since August 2017, teaching courses in Financial Modeling and Corporate Finance. Previous roles include Consulting Manager at Data Management Group, Project Manager at Guident Technologies, Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, and Tax Technology Analyst at Eastman Kodak. Edayat holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business and a B.S. in Finance and Business Process Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
