Siria Vidal is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in project management, talent acquisition, and employee development. Currently serving as a Human Resources Project Manager at The Engineered Stone Group, Siria previously held multiple roles at IVI RMA GLOBAL, including HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading SSFF implementation and enhancing recruitment processes. Prior experience includes serving as an HRBP at Amcor and various HR roles at Yanfeng Automotive Interiors and Caixa Popular CCV. Siria holds a Master's degree in Human Talent Management and Coaching from Adeit and a Licenciatura in Psychology from Universidad de Valencia.
