Diego Richard Marchant

Diego Richard Marchant serves as the Executive Director at Upskills LATAM, focused on enhancing workforce training systems and facilitating the education-employment transition, with a strong emphasis on labor market demands and individual employability. Diego also plays a role in the Advisory Council of the Talento Digital Fund at Es Hoy, where a commitment to fostering an inclusive and sustainable Peru is central. Previously, Diego was the Executive Director of Talento Digital para Chile, advancing public-private initiatives to bolster digital skills and employment opportunities. A long tenure at Fundación Chile included directing sectoral human capital agendas and innovative capital management programs, alongside experience as a consultant at Mas Consultores and Thesis Consultores. Diego holds an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and a sociology degree from Universidad Academia de Humanismo Cristiano.
