Nathan Meek

Nathan Meek has over 15 years of experience in operations management and project management. Currently serving as Operations Shift Manager at ES3 since November 2008, Nathan oversees the nightly Tower business unit within a dry grocery facility, managing a team of approximately 90-100 hourly associates and 4 salaried members, consistently exceeding operational goals. Previously, Nathan held the role of Operations Supervisor, responsible for supervising receiving operations and conducting interviews for new hires, and began as an Order Selector, recognized for achieving cross-training in multiple positions. Prior to ES3, Nathan worked as a Project Manager at Wooden Roots Construction from October 2006 to November 2008, where responsibilities included estimating costs and managing material orders to keep projects within budget.
