Nieminen Juha has a diverse work experience starting in 2001 as a Technical trainee for the Civil Aviation Administration. From 2002 to 2004, they worked as a Traffic Planner for the Helsinki Metropolitan Area Council. Nieminen then joined Ramboll in 2004 as a Traffic Planner until 2007 when they moved to VR Track Oy as a Traffic Planner until 2014. Since 2014, Nieminen has been with VR Transpoint, initially working as a Strategic Planner and currently serving as the Head of Strategic Planning.
Nieminen Juha's education history begins in 1999 when they enrolled in Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan. Nieminen pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and completed their studies in 2005. In 2005, they also participated in a specialized training program called Liikennejärjestelmätyön kehittämis- ja erikoistumiskoulutusohjelma (16 op) at the same institution. In 2007, Juha attended Tampere University of Technology, where they took a course on Rautatiesuunnittelun erityisopintojakso (15 op).
