Pooja Phaterpekar

Pooja Phaterpekar is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at ESAB since 2023, Pooja previously held positions as an Employee Experience Business Partner at RingCentral and Senior Consultant in People Advisory Services at EY. Pooja's early career includes significant roles at Avaya as HR Operations Manager, ACPL Pune as Associate Consultant, and Zensar Technologies as a Human Resource Intern, along with teaching assistant roles at Rutgers University. Pooja holds a Master's in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and a Master of Arts in Industrial Psychology from Fergusson College, University of Pune.
