Olaya Garcia-Lancha is a highly experienced professional in institutional development and education, currently serving as the Director of Institutional Development & Engagement and the Executive Director of the Masters of Science in Management (MSc) at Esade since May 2004. Prior to this, Olaya held the position of Director of MBA programs and worked as a Brand Manager at Bayer HealthCare from June 2001 to November 2003. Earlier experience includes a role as a Chemist at IAL Analytical Laboratories from June 1997 to September 1999. Olaya's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) candidacy in Pedagogy and Education from Universitat Ramon Llull, an MBA from Esade, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Environmental Chemistry from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
