Aaron Pierce

Aaron Pierce has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Aaron currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Escalade Sports since September 2022, previously holding the position of Human Resources Manager since February 2019. Prior to joining Escalade Sports, Aaron worked at First Security Bank as the VP - Human Resources Manager from July 2016 to January 2019. Aaron began their career at U.S. Bank, where they served as the RCA Manager - Audit Oversight from September 2013 to July 2016. Before that, Aaron held the role of Loan Servicing Team Lead at U.S. Bank from the start of their career until September 2013.

Aaron Pierce attended Western Kentucky University from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, focusing on a general field of study.
