Alexis Strauss

Alexis Strauss, PHR has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Alexis currently serves as the Director of People at Escalante Golf. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at The Village Dallas from February 2022 to September 2023. From May 2018 to March 2022, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Hossley Lighting & Power Solutions. Alexis also has experience as the HR & Talent Acquisition Manager at Lantower Luxury Living and the Southwest Recruiting Manager at Lincoln Property Company. Alexis began their career as a Corporate Recruiter at PPG & RPG, Divisions of NCH from April 2012 to April 2015.

Alexis Strauss, PHR received their Bachelor's Degree from Texas A&M University. Alexis obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2013. Additionally, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification in December 2015.
