Aylin Estrada Lara

Aylin Estrada Lara is currently serving as the Directora de Desarrollo y Políticas Públicas at Escalera, where Aylin leads fundraising efforts to support educational opportunities for indigenous youth in Chiapas, Mexico. Prior to this role, Aylin worked as a Senior Analyst at the State Commission of Human Rights Chiapas, providing logistical and administrative support for programs related to human rights. With a background in International Business and Trade, Aylin has also worked as a Project Manager at various organizations, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills. Aylin holds a Master's degree in Development Studies from the Institute of Development Studies and is a Chevening Scholar.
