Justin Quan

Justin Quan is a Junior Game Designer at Escape Velocity Entertainment since September 2022, focusing on creating engaging characters for a new AAA game. Previously, Justin served as a Game Design Tutor at the University of California, Santa Cruz, mentoring students in game development and providing critical feedback. As a Game Design Intern at Hangar 13, Justin designed testing scripts for AI combat scenarios and implemented AI abilities using Behavioral Trees and Lua scripting. Justin holds a degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Computer Game Design from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from De Anza College.
