Michelle Solomon PhD

Michelle Solomon PhD has worked in the pharmaceutical industry since 2002. Michelle began their career as a Post-doctoral Scientist at the Scripps Research Institute. From 2006 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Scientist, Scientist II and Scientist at Arena Pharmaceuticals. During this time, they managed a permanent team of researchers, directed research in the identification of new and novel indications for current targets, identifying new drug targets, and biomarker discovery. Michelle also wrote patents and IND reports for new pharmacology for APD334 (Etrasimod). From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Metacrine, and from 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Director of Immunology and Associate Director of Immunology at Crown Bioscience, Inc. and Escient Pharmaceuticals, respectively.

Michelle Solomon holds a PhD in Immunology from Australia National Univerisity. Michelle also has experience with LHH.
