Laurent Laforge

Laurent Laforge is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and digital marketing. Currently serving as VP Customer Success EMEA at Talkwalker since October 2021, Laurent manages Customer Success Teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, utilizing AI technology to enhance consumer engagement for global businesses. Previous roles include VP Customer Success Europe and Head of Customer Success for multiple regions at Talkwalker, as well as Associate Director at SofteamGroup where contributions facilitated significant group growth and acquisition by Docaposte. Laurent co-founded SOFTEAM Agency, where leadership in digital marketing and social media drove client portfolios that included notable brands such as Renault and Dassault Aviation. Additional educational roles include professorships at ESCP Business School and Université Paris-Dauphine. Laurent holds degrees from HEC Paris and has completed a program at MIT Professional Education.
