Rand Gerges-Yammine

Rand Gerges-Yammine is an accomplished academic and practitioner in the field of entrepreneurship, currently serving as an Assistant Professor in Entrepreneurship at ESCP Business School since 2021. Concurrently, Rand holds positions as an Honorary Research Fellow and Research Associate at Imperial College London, contributing to an ERC-funded research project on "Networking Behaviors of Entrepreneurs." With a diverse background, Rand co-founded Stanford Angels of France in 2022 and has provided advisory support to CryptoLeaf from 2017 to 2021. Rand's consultancy work from 2015 to 2018 involved guiding startups in integrating Open Innovation and Design Thinking into their operations. Previous academic experiences include a Visiting Scholar role at Stanford University and research endeavors at emlyon business school, where a PhD focused on open innovation and social networks was completed.
