Chief Of Staff To The Executive Vice President & Quality Manager at ESCP Europe

Ségolène CICUTO has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Ségolène started their career in 1996 as an Assistant Commerciale at HATRY and then moved on to Tecnoma Technologie as an Assistant Qualité/SAV/Formation from 1998 to 2004. After that, they worked as an Assistant Ressources Humaines at Air Liquide Welding in 2005. From 2006 to 2014, they served as a Chargée de formation continue at ERAGE - Ecole Régionale des Avocats du Grand Est. Ségolène joined ESCP Business School in 2015 as a Conseiller formation programme Executive Mastères Spécialisés et inter entreprise. Ségolène then took on different roles at the ESCP Business School including International Program Advisor from 2016 to 2020, Chargée du développement des Ressources Humaines from 2020 to 2024, and currently serves as the Chief of Staff to the Executive Vice President & Quality Manager.

Ségolène CICUTO attended the Lycée Clémenceau from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bac série B in Economics. Ségolène later attended the Lycée Libergier Reims from 1994 to 1996, earning a BTS in Force de Ventes. In 2019, they enrolled in ESCP Business School and completed an Executive Education Manager en leader in Management. In 2020, Ségolène attended the Protection Civile du Val d'Oise, obtaining a PSE 2 degree in Secourisme.
