Janna Wurdig

Janna Wurdig has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. In 2010, they worked as an Au Pair in Australia through AuPairWorld. From 2012 to 2016, they held internships and student worker positions in marketing roles at PROFIBUS & PROFINET International (PI), Generali, and HousingAnywhere.com. In 2017, they worked as an IT Project Management Intern at diva-e Digital Value Enterprise GmbH and as an IT Project Management Student Worker at ARITHNEA GmbH. Janna then transitioned to the role of Scrum Master/Agile Coach at ETECTURE GmbH from 2018 to 2020. Starting in 2020, they joined esentri AG as an Agile Coach/Senior Consultant Digitale Kultur - Organisationsentwicklung I New Work, where they provided support in agile transformations and guided teams and individuals in adopting agile practices. Currently, they are also a Co-Host at Agile World Deutsch, where they contribute to discussions and interviews on agile topics. Throughout their career, Janna has consistently focused on personal growth and continuous development.

Janna Wurdig's education history is as follows:

- From 2016 to 2017, Janna attended Copenhagen Business School, where they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Administration and Information Systems, with a focus on eBusiness.

- Prior to that, from 2011 to 2015, Janna studied at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Information Systems, with a specialization in Service Marketing.

- Additionally, in 2014, Janna participated in an exchange semester at the University of Canterbury, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree.

- Janna has also obtained several certifications. In 2022, they received certifications in "Zertifizierte Systemische Beraterin," "Zertifizierte Systemische Coach & Teamentwicklung," and "Zertifizierte Systemische Organisationsentwicklerin" from the isb GmbH Systemische Professionalität institution. In 2021, they obtained the "Certified SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master" certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. In 2020, they obtained the "Certified Scrum Professional" certification from the Scrum Alliance and completed the "Digital Marketing & Leadership Program" from Squared Online. In 2019, they earned the "Certified Advanced Scrum Certificate" from the Scrum Alliance and the "Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I)" certification from Scrum.org. Finally, in 2017, they became a "Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)" through the Scrum Alliance. In 2015, they completed the "Radical Innovation for Sustainability" program offered by oikos Copenhagen.
