Righard Zwienenberg

Righard Zwienenberg is a Senior Research Fellow at ESET since February 2012, with extensive roles in various cybersecurity organizations. Zwienenberg serves on the Advisory Boards of Virus Bulletin and Europol European Cyber Crime Center and is actively involved with IEEE as the ICSG EC Vice-Chair and as a member of the Internet Connections Security Group Executive Committee. As the CEO and Founder of Rizsc BV, Zwienenberg has established a security consultancy. In leadership roles for AVAR, Zwienenberg has organized multiple international conferences, including AVAR2019 and the 13th International AVAR Conference. Previous positions include Director and CEO of AMTSO, and Workshop Chair for CARO, with contributions to the development of anti-malware testing standards. Zwienenberg's educational background includes studies at Delft University of Technology and other institutions during the years 1979 to 1990.
