Michelle Wallace

Michelle Wallace is a Senior Technology Analyst I at ESFM® USA, where responsibilities include supporting client operations and aligning technology solutions with operational needs. Previous experience includes serving as a Computer Aided Design Technician at Amazon Global Robotics, enhancing fulfillment center automation, and managing projects at Plastex Fabricators, overseeing commercial design plans from conception to installation. Michelle has extensive teaching experience, having instructed Engineering and Architectural Drafting at Guilford County Schools and ITT Technical Institute. Additional roles include architecture and engineering drafting education at Jordan Matthews High School, CAD design at Alfred Williams & Company, and GIS technician duties at AIS Landmark. Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Technology Teacher Education/Industrial Arts Teacher Education and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology-Graphic Communication Systems, both from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
