Jensen D'souza has over 17 years of work experience in the marketing and hospitality industries. In 2021, they are the Marketing Head at eShipz, where they are responsible for defining marketing strategies, developing a feasible marketing plan, and overseeing its day-to-day implementation. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Head of Marketing & Strategy at Cultivate Design, where they curated and designed the Fintech Yatra 2018, 2019 & 2020 Content & Online Marketing strategy for the Fintech Meetup, scripted the LNT financial services app TVC, scripted the Mahindra Tractors Digital Commercial, and conceptualized and created the Not Just Flowers rebranding for the entire organization. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Assistant Vice President Marketing at GLobal One India, where they were recruited to re-establish and setup the verticals of Travel and Media & Broadcasting, along with creating marketing and sales strategies. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Freelance Consultant, where they conceptualized, planned, and executed the launch of Contiki in India, organized the “Know New South Wales” FAM for NSW Tourism in Mumbai and Sydney, created a rebranding and retargeting activity for TTC, and more. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Manager Leisure Travel Outbound at Thomas Cook India Limited, where they were responsible for assisting the Channel and Direct agent’s teams with itinerary building and pushing the NTCIL products. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Manager Marketing and Client Relations at Livia Legal, where they conducted marketing activities, attempted to boost the trade of the LIVIA Legal platform throughout the United States, and created a training and soft skill module for the executives based in the United States. Finally, from 2004 to 2010, they were the Front Office Manager at Palm View Hotel, where they handled reservations and guest requests and established and conducted the “know your guest program”.

Jensen D'souza completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Marketing from Welingkar Institute of Management from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Psychology from the University of Mumbai from 2004 to 2007.
