Annette G. has extensive work experience in finance and growth roles. Annette is currently working at ESW as the Senior Director of Finance & Growth since October 2023. Before that, they held the position of Director of Finance & Growth at ESW from June 2022 to October 2023. Prior to their role at ESW, Annette worked at NI (National Instruments) as the Director of International Finance Operations from March 2021 to June 2022. Annette also served as the Global LSP Program & Statutory Compliance Manager at NI from January 2020 to March 2021. Annette's earlier experience includes working at Juniper Networks as the EMEA Statutory Compliance Manager, EMEA Regional Controller, and Global Project Team Lead from 2010 to 2019. Before joining Juniper Networks, they worked at Grant Thornton LLP as the Assistant Audit Manager and Audit Senior from 2006 to 2010. Annette started their career as a Chartered Accountant at Moore Stephens UK from 2002 to 2006.

Annette G. completed their BA Mod Business & Economics degree with a 2.1 Honours from Trinity College Dublin in the years 1998 to 2002. From 2002 to 2006, they pursued their Chartered Accountancy degree (ACA) and became a Qualified Accountant from ICAEW. Furthermore, in the year 2017 to 2018, they obtained a PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
