Jennifer O. has a diverse work experience across various industries. Jennifer began their career as a Site Director at StudyPoint, where they successfully launched and managed the company's first Michigan location. Jennifer also served as the Director of Community Outreach, sourcing and managing group tutoring programs and securing a contract with the US Navy for tutoring instruction in urban areas.

Jennifer then worked as a Manager in the RunCalls Division at RunE2E, a leading provider of IT consulting and technology solutions.

Jennifer later worked as a Marketing Copywriter on a freelance/contract basis for Push Marketing, where they provided educational and research-based content for client websites.

Jennifer then transitioned to a Service Delivery Manager role at Dialog Direct, where they managed call center operations for a seasonal healthcare client and exceeded KPIs for the contract renewal.

Jennifer went on to work at Concentrix for General Motors, starting as an Operations Manager and later serving as a Quality Manager. In these roles, they focused on talent management, leadership development, and achieving operational excellence.

Jennifer also has experience at ESI Technologies, serving as a Senior Account Manager at Civatree and later becoming the Director of Operations.

Most recently, they joined Virtual Guardian // Gardien virtuel as a Senior Director, overseeing corporate marcomm and strategic operations.

Jennifer O. completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Classical, Ancient Mediterranean and Near Eastern Studies and Archaeology from the University of Michigan, where they attended from 1997 to 2000. Later, in 2005 and 2006, they pursued a Master of Education (M.A.) degree in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Phoenix.
