Steven Joyce

Steven Joyce has extensive experience in technical recruiting, specializing in the defense and intelligence sectors. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Senior Recruiting Manager at Red Arch Solutions, focusing on staffing IT professionals with high-level security clearances. In 2012, they joined Applied Network Solutions as a Technical Recruiter before moving on to NSS RPO in 2014 as a Recruiting Consultant, providing support to program managers at the National Institutes of Health.

From 2014 to 2019, Steven worked at STRATUS Solutions as a Lead Recruiter, where they played a key role in staffing AWS cloud infrastructure and applied R&D programs in the Intelligence Community, as well as providing full-lifecycle staffing support to various hiring managers in the DoD and private industry. From 2022 to 2023, Steven worked at Freedom Consulting Group, LLC as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Career Advisor before joining Engineering Solutions, LLC in 2023, where they currently hold the position of Senior Technical Recruiter.
