Loulit Tefera

Loulit Tefera is currently an RF Engineer at eSimplicity. Loulit previously worked as a software engineer at ERT, Inc. from April 2019 to February 2021. While at ERT, they updated PowerShell scripts to modernize software for use by the USAF, researched and validated multiple software’s compatibilities with the system, analyzed and provided feedback on an updated solar flux cycle model, and worked on Java scripts during sustainment activities. Loulit also reviewed Java scripts to identify needed updates to code. Prior to their work at ERT, Tefera worked on an ingestible capsule system research project as part of their role at the University of Maryland, College Park from August 2017 to December 2017. There, they developed context and system level architecture for the system, performed trade-off analysis using Pareto Frontier and MAVF analyses, and defined, analyzed, managed, and validated requirements. Additionally, Tefera has experience working as a teaching fellow at iEngineer Summer Camp and Stepping Stones to your Future Summer Camp from July 2014 to July 2015.

Loulit Tefera holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
