Allison Gile

Allison Gile currently holds the position of Head of Global Executive Recruiting at Hitachi, having joined the company in May 2024. Previously, Allison served as a Consultant at ESIX, an esteemed networking group for executive recruiters, and as an Instructor and Course Developer at the University of Washington, where Allison co-created the Executive Recruiting Specialization program. Prior experience includes significant roles at Amazon, where Allison led the Talent Intelligence team while also overseeing executive search for Numerical Sciences. Earlier in career, Allison provided consulting services at Egon Zehnder, Pearson Partners International, and ALE Method, and owned Della & James as well as The Gile Group, the latter specializing in technology search. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in History and French Language and Literature from Georgetown University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas.
