Janxin Leu is the Chief Client Experience & Analytics Officer at Eskalera. Prior to this, they were the Director of People Analytics at Facebook, where they advised the C-suite and VPs on people issues across the employee life cycle as Facebook's global workforce tripled to 45K+ in 3 years. Janxin was a founding member of Facebook's People Analytics teams, and they built the first team of MBAs and PhDs specialized to support Facebook’s 20K+ tech workforce. Janxin has also advised at the top levels of the company on complex D&I issues, and they built a cutting-edge UX research function within analytics. In addition, they have been a guest speaker for Public Radio Intl and contributed to a Harvard Business Review article on diversity analytics with Facebook's Chief Diversity Officer. Before joining Facebook, Janxin was the Director of Research, Strategy & Innovation at HopeLab, and they were also the Director of Product Innovation at HopeLab.

Janxin Leu's educational career began with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology from Stanford University. Janxin then completed a PhD in Social and Cultural Psychology from the University of Michigan. After that, they became a Visiting Research Fellow in Psychology at Peking University. Finally, they became a Psychology Tutorial at the University of Oxford.
