Rich Kneece

Rich Kneece is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Eskalera. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Engineering/Product at IFS Core from November 2019 to June 2021. Rich has also co-founded Vocoli, where they served as a thought leader on employee engagement and experience, innovation, and idea generation. Rich has also won the MiTX award for best employee efficiency software in 2018.

Rich Kneece has a Master's degree in Education from the University of Connecticut, a Bachelor's degree in Communication (Radio, TV and Film Production) with a minor in English/Journalism from Central Connecticut State University, and a High School Diploma from Westhill High School.
