Job description

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive on-site Web and CRM Manager to oversee our customer relationship management (CRM) and website content management systems (CMS). This role will focus on driving effective lead generation, optimizing website performance, and maintaining seamless integration between systems to enhance marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HubSpot and WordPress, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for leveraging digital tools to support business growth. This will be an on-site position.

The starting salary for this position ranges from $71,766 to $92,682 annually. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.

Position Responsibilities include:

CRM Management (HubSpot):

Build, manage, and optimize automated nurture campaigns and workflows to engage leads and customers. Regularly audit the HubSpot database to maintain data hygiene, ensuring accurate segmentation and reporting. Design and test email marketing campaigns, improving deliverability, open rates, and engagement metrics. Monitor lead scoring and implement strategies to improve lead qualification. Maintain seamless integration between HubSpot and MatrixCare, ensuring reliable data flow and troubleshooting issues. Generate detailed reports on CRM performance, providing actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams.

CMS and Website Management (WordPress):

Update, maintain, and optimize website content to ensure accuracy, alignment with branding, and optimal user experience. Design and test lead capture forms and landing pages, iterating based on performance to improve conversion rates. Track website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot tracking) to monitor conversion rates and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Implement and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings. Collaborate with designers and developers to implement new website features, ensuring mobile responsiveness and accessibility compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience with HubSpot (certifications are a plus) and WordPress. Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot reporting. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for website updates. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to liaise between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred but not required:

Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). Familiarity with other marketing tools (e.g., Canva, SEMrush, Ahrefs). Background in Senior Living or familiarity with MatrixCare software. Knowledge of CRM integrations and API connections.
