Anne-Charlotte Riviere

Anne-Charlotte Riviere has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Anne-Charlotte served as a Senior Global HR Business Partner at Fluke Health Solutions from 2023 onwards. Prior to that, they worked at Esko where they held multiple positions including HR Director EMEA & Global HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner EMEA, and HR Operations Manager EMEA. At Esko, they delivered cultural change projects, organizational changes, and participated in M&A and integration projects. Anne-Charlotte also collaborated with leadership teams on employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and change management initiatives. Before Esko, Anne-Charlotte worked at HERE as an EMEA Employee Relations Specialist / HR Manager, where they proactively shaped employee relations strategy and maintained legal compliance. Anne-Charlotte also managed litigation cases and reorganization projects. Earlier in their career, they had HR assistant generalist roles at Alstom Power and METRO Cash & Carry France, and an assistant training role at Saint-Gobain Glass.

Anne-Charlotte RIVIERE attended IUT de CAEN from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a DUT in Gestion des Entreprises et des Administrations with a focus on Ressources Humaines. Anne-Charlotte then enrolled at SUP des RH in 2008 and completed a Licence in Chargé des RH in 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master's degree in Responsable des Ressources Humaines at SUP des RH. Their educational background is concentrated in the field of Human Resources Management and Development.
