Debra Schmitt

Debra Schmitt's work experience includes various leadership roles in customer support, professional services, consulting services, and IT management. Debra is currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Support at Esko, where they lead the brands support organization and ensures quality service delivery. Prior to Esko, they worked as the Senior Director of Professional Services at e-PlanSoft, overseeing all professional services and collaborating with sales and product/engineering teams. Before that, Debra was the Director of Consulting Services at AST LLC, where they led a large global Oracle Cloud ERP implementation project. Debra also has experience working as a Senior IT Portfolio Manager and Senior Program Manager at Sidley Austin LLP, where they managed global programs and ensured client success. Earlier in their career, Debra served as the IT Director at the City of Chicago and held the role of Technical Project Manager at Moyer and Schmitt, LLC. Debra began their career as a Consultant at Cyborg Systems.

Debra Schmitt earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Loyola University Chicago from 1992 to 1996. Debra has also obtained additional certifications, including "Working with Difficult People" from LinkedIn in 2020 and "Oracle 12c Release 2 New Features & The Oracle Cloud" from LinkedIn in 2019.
