David Porter

David Porter currently serves as the Director of Global Onboarding and Engagement at ESL FACEIT Group, a leading company in competitive gaming and esports, since September 2022. Additionally, David has held the position of Global Human Resources Business Partner at ESL Gaming since August 2021, and previously worked as a Senior HR Executive and Independent Consultant providing executive HR support. From March 2005 to June 2016, David was Vice President of Human Resources at Universal Music Group, overseeing HR functions for multiple east coast labels and strategic HR initiatives. David also gained extensive experience at Warner Music Group as Senior Manager of Human Resources, managing functions for various labels and overseeing employee relations and organizational development for over 200 staff members.
